If you’re planning to work in the NDIS sector in WA, you’ll need an NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS Check). This clearance ensures you are safe to work with people with disability — and is a legal requirement if you’re working in certain NDIS roles.
In WA, the process includes an online application through the DoTDirect portal and a visit to a Department of Transport (DoT) Centre.
This guide walks you through the application process, documents required, costs, and how long it takes.
