Why does Phase 1 have to come before Phase 2?

Phase 2 is offered by invitation only — we proceed once we're confident the strategy is sound and the expected results are achievable.
Do I need to be registered before starting a growth program?
Not necessarily. Unregistered providers can participate in Phase 1, and many benefit significantly from getting their positioning and strategy clear early. For Phase 2 implementation, we recommend having capacity to take on clients — which typically means you're already operating in some form.
How does the 10-week implementation actually work?
We embed a dedicated VA inside your business — trained and managed by our team — to execute the outreach strategy developed in Phase 1. They build referral relationships, manage your outreach, track results, and refine the system based on what's generating qualified enquiries. You receive weekly reports and strategy sessions, and you stay focused on delivering services.
What exactly does the qualified lead guarantee mean?
If we don't generate the agreed number of qualified enquiries within the 10-week period — while the system is followed as designed — we continue at no additional cost until we do. We don't guarantee signed clients (that depends on your capacity and conversion), but we guarantee the qualified enquiries that make conversion possible.
I'm already doing some marketing. Will this conflict with what I have?
Phase 1 often reveals that existing marketing activity isn't producing results because the positioning underneath it isn't clear enough.
