How long does it take?
It depends on where you're starting from and your audit pathway. We'll give you a clear picture on your call.
Do I need to replace all my policies and processes?
No. We review what you already use and show you what needs improving. You can keep what works and use our documents and processes where it's easier.
Do you help with the registration application?
Yes. We help you prepare and lodge your application, including working through the information you need to provide.
Will you prepare us for both stages of the audit?
If your registration requires a two-stage certification audit, yes. We prepare you for the document review and the check of how your business works in practice. The audit pathway depends on the services you're applying to register for.
Does the program include staff training?
Yes. Compliance training helps your staff understand their responsibilities and apply them in their everyday work.
What software is included?
12 months of our practice management software free, if you want it. It brings together client and worker onboarding, compliance, rostering, invoicing and case notes in one system. It's optional. If you're happy with the systems you use now, you can keep them, and we'll help you get those ready for your audit.
What happens if I don't pass my audit first time?
We reimburse you the cost of your follow-up audit and keep working with you until you pass. Conditions apply, and you'll see the full terms before you go ahead.
Does passing the audit mean registration is approved?
Passing your audit is part of the registration process. The NDIS Commission makes the final registration decision. We support your preparation and application but don't control that decision.
